Latino, Woman and Accent Elegance

Maria, a staff of Latino decent seems she was unfairly eliminated for a promo because of her distinct accent; she has recorded a problem alleging the company has involved in discriminatory techniques. Evaluation

Maria is a good staff but can often be loud and aggressive in her method of co-workers and supervisors. Automobile record displays there were complications with tardiness and attendance and twice supervisors for these infractions have counseled her. Nancy has remarked that she is the sole Latino, person of color and woman in her department and states a supervisor mentioned she was not promoted as they feared clients would have difficulties understanding her accent. Maria has been with the company for ten years in addition to her current position for seven. The lady holds a graduate level and statements her low evaluations echo a built in bias by her white men supervisors. While Alex, who have too holds a graduate degree, features less time with all the company, he previously better performance assessments than Karen and was offered the promotion.
